Align & Breath
A slow and static practise, invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Class starts with a gentle warm up of the body. It starts with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation Involves static yoga asanas and proper relaxation at the end. Classes will be focus on becoming more aware of our bodies, mind and breath. We will experience the proper body alignment, the importance of the breath and the ways to relax our bodies and mind. Hatha Yoga helps to build a good physical condition, to calm the mind and reduce stress.
Is suitable for all levels.
Flow with the Breath
A practice which links the asanas in a flow. It involves moving from one asana to another with the synchronisation of the breath. This class it's like a moving meditation, one can experience deeper the connection between body movement, breath and calmness of mind. Vinyasa Yoga builds phisycal strength and strong focus, it helps to tune natural breath with body movement.
Suitable to those with prior yoga experience.
Release, Rebuild & Fly
Aerial yoga offers yoga with the support of a soft, aerial fabric. Aerial Yoga classes are playful
In an aerial class, you’ll relax and realign the body, center the mind and uplift the spirit. You will experience physical release, refined strength, energetic flow, and awareness of breath, body and bandhas. Supported by the hammock, you’ll let go into gravity, deepen your practice, and awaken a “yogic high.”

Deep Aware Relaxation
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a form of guided meditation, Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) technique that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. The practice relaxes mind and body and helps us to clear out the nerve pathways to the brain. Through regular practice of Yoga Nidra we can counteract the effect of stress and hyperactivity.

Surrender to Your Mat
Yin yoga class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred and renewed. Yin yoga is a slow, passive and static yoga practice. Poses are performed with the use of props and are hold 1-5’. It is practiced without a warm up and targets the facia, ligaments, connective tissues.

Pregnancy is a transformative period in a woman's life, and Prenatal Yoga can guide you safely through this journey. During prenatal yoga classes you can build connection with yourself, your baby, and other mamas.
This class is rejuvenating and relaxing at the same time. It consist of breathing techniques, pelvic strengthening exercises. Aims to soothe the aches of pregnancy and motherhood, develop breath and body awareness for birthing, build strength, stamina, and stability. Relieve muscle tension, control stress, keep both mom and baby healthy.
Suitable for all women after the 12th week of their pregnancy, with or without prior yoga experience.
Kids / Teens Yoga & Aerial
Playful and structural holistic sessions designed to develop kids’ physical, emotional and mental skills in a non-competitive environment.
The sessions include yoga, aerial arts, mindfulness, interactive storytelling, games and plenty more.
Suitable for kids & teens 3-16yrs old divided in appropriate age groups.
